Welcome to Boomer's Blissful Paws!

Grants will only be awarded to pet owners who can demonstrate financial hardship.  This can be defined as individuals or households earning below a certain income threshold, or facing unexpected financial burdens such as medical bills, job loss, etc.

Pet owners must be the sole legal owner of the pet and provide proof of ownership (e.g., pet registration, veterinary records). 

Priority will be given to pet owners with pets requiring urgent medical treatment that the owner cannot afford.

Pet owners are required to submit supporting documents demonstrating financial need that include proof of income, such as pay stubs, bank statements, any relevant financial documentation and a letter explaining your current financial situation.

Applications will be reviewed to assess financial need, urgency of the pet's medical condition, and completeness of documentation. This is based on predefined criteria (e.g., income level, severity of pet’s condition, availability of other financial resources).

Please note incomplete application can result in a delay of approving your application.

Applications are prioritized based on urgency of need, severity of the pet’s condition, and the pet owner’s ability to contribute financially.

Approval decisions will be based on available funding and alignment with the organization’s mission to assist pets in need.

If application is complete and all supporting documentation is received, the review and approval process can take less than 24hrs. Please keep in mind, Boomer's Blissful Paws is ran by volunteers.  We hope to get your application approved as soon as possible.

Pet owners will be notified of their application status in a timely manner, whether approved or denied, and provide clear reasons for decisions. 

All pet owners information, including financial details and personal circumstances, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating the application. Boomer's Blissful Paws adheres to data protection regulations by safeguarding your personal and financial information.

Grant funding is not guaranteed and is limited to a maximum of $500.00 per pet per household. Due to the high volume of applications received, Boomer's Blissful Paws may not be able to assist all pet owners. 

Grant amounts will be based on available funding and alignment with the organization’s mission to assist pets in need.

Grants are to be paid directly to the veterinary clinic or provider responsible for the pet's treatment upon approval.  There will be NO direct payment made to pet owners and NO reimbursement with NO exceptions.

Pet owners and or veterinary organization must provide receipts or invoices for treatments administered by the organization.

• The grants provided by Boomer's Blissful Paws ("Company") are intended to help with pet-related expenses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of grant information or approval of applications. 

• The Company is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of or inability to use grant funds, even if we were advised of the possibility of such issues.

• By applying for or receiving a grant from the Company, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your application for or use of the grant, or any breach of these terms. 

• We can’t promise the grant will cover all your needs.   It’s up to you to make sure the grant is suitable for your situation and to use the funds correctly.
